Alex McFarlane pitched a scoreless seventh inning, lowering his season ERA to 0.96. Orion Kerkering worked out of Jose Alvarado's jam in the eighth, and allowed a run himself in the ninth, before recording his second save of the season. Realmuto homered to center in the third, tying the game at 1-1, and Sosa broke the tie with a solo home run in the seventh. Luis Arraez (sac fly) and Brandon Marsh (pinch-hit single) drove in two more runs in the eighth, and Bryce Harper doubled home Realmuto in the ninth for the game's final run.
