At the Ballpark:  It's alumni weekend at the ballpark!  Roy Halladay will be honored tonight before the game and all fans will receive a Halladay bobblehead.  On Saturday night, Charlie Manuel will be elected into the Phillies Wall of Fame and all fans will receive a commemorative Manuel print.  And Sunday is the official Alumni Day, with over 40 former Phillies taking the field in a pre-game ceremony.  Among the 40 will be Phillies Room favorites Aaron Rowand and Jim Thome.

1988 Topps Appreciation:  It's safe to assume that former Phillie Kevin Elster won't be attending the alumni weekend festivities.  The infielder appeared in 26 games for the 1995 Phillies, hitting .208 (11 for 53) with a home run and nine RBIs.

1995 was such a weird year. Replacement players in spring training, post strike blahs . . . Kevin Elster on the Phillies.
