2007 Chachi #69 NLDS Game 3/Jamie Moyer

NLDS Game 3 - October 6, 2007
Rockies 2, Phillies 1

From the Phillies.com game summary: The Phillies mustered just three hits, but one of those, Shane Victorino's clutch homer, had them deadlocked after seven innings. Philadelphia's bullpen struggles continued, though, as J.C. Romero surrendered the season-ending run in the eighth.

Jamie Moyer: "It's unfortunate. I thought this team had a chance to do some special things in the playoffs. Unfortunately, it didn't work out that way."

Aaron Rowand: "We just didn't hit. The pitching wasn't too bad. The bottom line is we just didn't hit. There's a reason they're here. They've got a good pitching staff. They're a good hitting team.
They're hot. We just didn't hit."

Ryan Howard: "The experience didn't turn out the way we wanted. But you get in and get your feet wet. Now, we know what it feels like. We'll go into next year and want to go further."

Greg Dobbs: "It's a bitter taste, but we know what we're capable of. I think this will make us hungrier."
