The Phillies scored five times in the fourth inning. Kyle Schwarber led off the inning with a solo home run, his 24th of the season. Nick Castellanos doubled and Otto Kemp singled him home. With J.T. Realmuto and Kemp on board, Edmundo Sosa hit a three-run home run to right center field, giving the Phillies a 5-0 lead. In the seventh, Alec Bohm drove home a run with a sacrifice fly and Castellanos capped the scoring with an RBI-double. Sosa, needing a triple for the cycle, struck out looking in the eighth.
