One Sentence Summary:  The bullpen failed the Phillies again in the late innings as the Cubs came back to win this one in 13 by a score of 5-4.

What It Means:  The Phillies limped out of Chicago having gone 1-3 in this series.

What Happened:  Home runs from Maikel Franco (5) and Cameron Rupp (2) helped give the Phillies a 4-3 lead.  In the bottom of the eighth, Joaquin Benoit surrendered a solo home run to Miguel Montero to tie the game up at four.

In the 13th, Albert Almora scored the winning run on a Freddy Galvis throwing error.
