What Happened: Hernandez was on base four times with three hits and a walk, including a lead-off home run (3) to begin the game. Daniel Nava and Tommy Joseph singled home two runs in the eighth to tie up the game at 3-3. Freddy Galvis gave the Phillies a temporary lead in the ninth with a fielder's choice to score Aaron Altherr.
Harper homered off Benoit with two on and two outs in the ninth to give the Nationals the win and the series victory.
