Blue Jays 10, Phillies 0
Game 32 - Wednesday Night, May 7th in Toronto
Record - 15-17, 5th Place, 3 games behind the Marlins and Nationals
One Sentence Summary: The Phillies completely and totally fell apart in the seventh inning of this game, as the Blue Jays won a laugher, 10-0.
What It Means: It means the Phillies will try for the win tonight to avoid a four-game season sweep at the hands of the Blue Jays. (It's not going well as of this writing.)
What Happened: Cliff Lee and Mark Buehrle were cruising along in the midst of a pitcher's duel, with the Blue Jays holding a 1-0 lead until the seventh inning. In that awful inning, the Blue Jays scored nine runs on eight hits, including three home runs, off starter Lee and relievers Mario Hollands and Shawn Camp.
Featured Card: Old friend Erik Kratz had two hits in the seventh for the Blue Jays, including a two-run home run off Lee. This is his card from the second series of last year's Phillies team issued set.
