Thanks to some detective work and good old fashioned stick-to-it-ness from Steve F., I was able to add Phillies Team Issue 2.1 to my collection recently after a simple phone call to the Phillies merchandising department. (See the comments here for the world class sleuthing that took place.) Much to my surprise, they shipped me two sets for the price of one, and the second set has already made its way to 14,000 Phillies Headquarters.
As pointed out in a comment by Brian S. in the same post, the following changes were made between sets 2.0 and 2.1:
Dropped from the set - Shane Victorino, Hunter Pence, Mike Fontenot, Jason Pridie, Brian Sanches and Joe Blanton
Added to the set - Michael Martinez, Domonic Brown, Nate Schierholtz, Kevin Frandsen, Josh Lindblom and B.J. Rosenberg
Both Martinez and Brown were featured in the first team issued set, available at the ballpark during the first half of the season. The Frandsen and Rosenberg cards are their first and only Phillies baseball cards to date. With these two players receiving their first Phillies cards, the 2012 Missing Links list is down to Phillippe Aumont, Tyler Cloyd and Steven Lerud.

Nice detective work. Thank goodness the Sox don't do these team issue sets!
Thanks for the props! And good job getting two sets--I had to pay for two. Maybe your reputation preceded you....
Panani's 2011 Donruss Elite set has a Tyler Cloyd card. It is airbrushed and only contains a "Philadelphia" city designation, but he wearing a red cap. I added the autographed version to my collection, but I am still waffling as to whether it should be considered a Phillies card.
I read your post featuring this card. I think I'd add it to my collection if I ever come across it at a card show or on COMC, but I wouldn't go out of my way to get it.
I feel the same way about all the new "Phillies" cards featuring Pete Rose.
