First Game:  The Phillies defeated the Houston Colt .45's by a score of 3-2 back on April 13, 1962, in the first meeting of these two franchises.  Phillies pitcher Jack Hamilton pitched a complete game for the win, scattering seven hits while striking out six.  Former Phillie Turk Farrell took the loss for the Colts.  Tony Gonzalez tripled and homered in the victory.
