1993 Stats: In 96 games, Wes hit .282 with 12 home runs and 45 RBI. He led the Phils with 10 outfield assists. In the NLCS, Wes was the team's leading hitter, batting .364 (4 for 11).
1993 Notable: Wes formed part of the right-field platoon with fellow outfielder Jim Eisenreich. Nearly half of Wes' hits during the year were extra base hits.
How Acquired: Acquired from the Pittsburgh Pirates with Julio Peguero and Tony Longmire for Carmelo Martinez, August 30, 1990.

1991 was by far Wes Chamberlain's best season, as he hit career highs in nearly every offensive category. After playing 70 games with the Red Sox in 1994 and 1995, Wes bounced around the Royals', Blue Jays', Pirates' and Mets' organizations, but never made it back to the Majors. He played briefly in Japan (1996) and spent time playing in the independent Northern League where he was named an All-Star in 2000 and 2003.
