I believe pitching coach Rich Dubee was one of the unsung heroes of the 2008 World Champion Phillies. For that reason, and because the 1980 Topps template I'm using for the Phillies' coaches will picture 3 coaches each and the Phillies have 7 total coaches, Rich gets his own Chachi card this year.Phillies debut: First appeared as the Phillies pitching coach on April 4, 2005
