Hopefully, Brett and Chan Ho can turn things around.Joe was acquired from the Chicago White Sox in March 1987 for Gary Redus. He pitched in 5 games for the Phils in 1987, going 0-4 with a 15.43 ERA. It's not much of a shock that Topps decided to not include Joe in its 1987 Topps Traded set.
