Local product and fan favorite Buddy Kennedy will be receiving a World Series ring to mark the seven games he played with the Dodgers toward the end of the 2025 season.  Kennedy was the last player cut from the Phillies roster this past spring training, briefly becoming a free agent before re-signing a minor league deal with the club.  He was promoted on June 19th, taking the roster spot of Weston Wilson, but then was designated for assignment 11 days later when Bryce Harper was activated.  

Kennedy declined his assignment to the IronPigs, becoming a free agent, and quickly signing with the Blue Jays.  After a month with the Blue Jays, he was selected off waivers by the Dodgers.  He was signed this past offseason by the Giants.  In 12 games with the Phillies over the past two seasons, Kennedy batted .111 (2 for 18) with a double and two RBIs.
