Brandon Marsh was the opening day left fielder for the Phillies, and he'd spend the season in a quasi-platoon with the likes of Whit Merrifield, Austin Hays and Weston Wilson in left field and Johan Rojas in center field. Heading into 2025, and with the recent signing of Max Kepler, it appears as if Marsh's playing time could continue to decrease. The hirsute and speedy outfielder batted .249 in 135 games, with 16 home runs and 60 RBIs. I was a little surprised to learn his bWAR of 3.1 for the year was third on the club among position players, behind Bryce Harper and Kyle Schwarber.
