Rafael Marchan's meteoric rise through the Phillies system saw him playing with the Low-A BlueClaws in 2019, appearing with the Phillies in spring training in 2020, getting added to their Player Pool last July and then making his big league debut last season on September 14th. Marchan wore #13 when he was called up last season, but with Brad Miller now wearing that number in 2021, he's switched to #12.
