Yunior Marte, the go-to last man out of the bullpen for manager Rob Thomson throughout the season, endured a stint on the Injured List and four different demotions to Lehigh Valley in 2024. On the active roster for 63 games, Marte saw action in 23 games, pitching to a 6.92 ERA in 26 innings pitched. Marte pitched more than an inning only four times, giving up runs in three of those outings. He endured a nightmarish seventh inning on August 10th against the Diamondbacks, allowing seven earned runs and a pair of home runs in two-thirds of an inning. Taking away that one outing, his ERA for the season is a much more respectable 4.62.
