What It Means:  The Phillies are back in the playoffs for the third year in a row, and they'll look to clinch the division title over the next few games.

What Happened:  Cristopher Sanchez was the beneficiary of the run support, pitching five innings and allowing two runs on three hits while striking out seven.  Jeff Hoffman was on the mound in the ninth to secure the big win with a pair of strikeouts.  The Phillies' offense scored 12 unanswered runs after the Mets jumped to a quick 2-0 lead in the first inning.  Nick Castellanos tied the score with an RBI double in the third.  Bohm made it a comfortable lead with a three-run home run in the fourth, making it 8-2, Phillies.  J.T. Realmuto, swinging a hot bat, would put an exclamation mark on the night with a two-run home run in the eighth.
