He was included on the active roster for the NLDS and NLCS, getting one at-bat against the Braves in the NLDS. Guthrie was on the bench during the World Series, but not on the active roster. He'd make the club out of spring training in 2023, but was optioned down to Lehigh Valley after one game following the acquisition of Cristian Pache from the Athletics. When Pache went down with a knee injury in late April, Guthrie returned and he's appeared in seven games for the Phillies so far this season as of this writing.
