At the Ballpark: One of the best weekends all season is the Phillies annual Alumni Weekend. Jim Thome will be honored in a pre-game ceremony on Friday and inducted into the Phillies Wall of Fame. All fans will receive a commemorative print of the former Phillies slugger.
On Saturday night, Randy Wolf will return and officially retire and there will be a pre-game tribute to returning Phillies alumni. Larry Bowa will also be honored pre-game with the annual John Vukovich award.
On Sunday afternoon, Placido Polanco will officially retire as a Phillie and all fans will receive a Phillies Wall of Fame Fathead collectible.
