What Happened: Castillo got the start, pitching the first two innings, with Allard pitching the third and fourth innings. The Phillies didn't have a lot of big hits, despite the five runs scored. Trea Turner connected for an RBI single in the fifth and Cristian Pache hit a solo home run, his second of the spring, in the sixth. The other Phillies runs scored on a bases loaded walk, a bases loaded hit by pitch and a force out.

Castillo has mostly relieved in his limited major league experience, but he's been primarily a starter over his seven-year minor league career. He's yet another depth addition who will likely start the season with the IronPigs, but could see some big league action at some point.
