The Phils beat the Padres last night (early this morning), 5-3, behind back-to-back home runs from Chase Utley and Ryan Howard and 7 strong innings from Joe Blanton. It was Blanton's 3rd win in a row, to improve his record to 4-3.Shane Victorino went 2 for 5 with a couple of RBI, Greg Dobbs had a pinch-hit double in the 8th to raise his average to .154, and Brad Lidge notched his 13th save.
