I always liked Johnny Briggs on the Phillies. He just could never seem to get anything going.

He seemed streaky, but considering his at-bats, and the era he played in, Briggs numbers were pretty impressive. He drew a lot of walks, which is wasnt as appreciated in those days. Of course, his best years were with the Brewers.
