It shouldn't be TOO expensive and it'll be fun!
Matt Runyonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08386635541020320778noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6433941530167569659.post-25825859928430758122016-02-28T18:48:09.409-05:002016-02-28T18:48:09.409-05:00I need the Cash as well from 1975. That's not a bad idea for a future "Gallery" series of posts - the complete Phillies Kellogg's team sets.Jimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06161762602291616465noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6433941530167569659.post-53189292530306406332016-02-23T11:46:05.572-05:002016-02-23T11:46:05.572-05:00Looks good! If you haven't started on it already, the next collection like that are all the Phillies Kellogg's cards. I have all of them, and then I decided to supplement it with all other lenticular Phillies cards. I have gotten them all (that I am aware of--that 1996 All Star FanFest Daulton is one of them), but not SportFlics yet, mostly because I just am not a big fan of SportFlics cards. But I suppose I will have to add those eventually.Steve F.https://www.blogger.com/profile/00753488569249068229noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6433941530167569659.post-13243331650306145382016-02-21T16:34:13.951-05:002016-02-21T16:34:13.951-05:00I really like the idea of collecting a Hostess set...I really like the idea of collecting a Hostess set. It would make for a nice companion set to the Topps flagship set from that year.

I never thought through the "SP" designation, but it certainly makes sense that different product boxes would be printed with different cards. And the least popular snacks would be removed from the shelves once their expiration dates had passed.Jimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06161762602291616465noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6433941530167569659.post-12410243087600183902016-02-21T13:16:32.694-05:002016-02-21T13:16:32.694-05:00"Short print" always makes me smile when..."Short print" always makes me smile when it comes to Hostess, because I'm pretty sure that means it was on the box for some cake that wasn't as popular.

...But that's a nice-looking team set! For a number of years I've had a vague goal of collecting every 1970's Hostess card, but I really should focus on more realistic short-term goals like completing the Mets team sets.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
